Thanks for your e-mail telling us you will not be carrying on. Sad, but understandable, there's so much else going on in your lives at the moment, it's a big commitment.
Thanks for doing it, and you seem to have enjoyed it and probably learnt a lot.
See you at Oxford!

Thanks Anne, maybe one day there'll be a Cool as Folk come-back, endorsed by that traditional source band, Bellowhead!
The official statement:
I am sorry to announce that this term will be our last run. What with jobs, lives and wotnot we just aren't able to find the time to do it properly, and we'd rather go out on a high than let it stagger on. Minus next week's no-show, we have only got four more shows to go!
As we'd like to go out with a bang, this is a request to all you artists, promoters, record labels etc. out there. We've always been known for bagging the odd exclusive, from the world premiere of Bellowhead thorugh to unreleased English Acoustic Collective stuff. If anyone would like to send / e-mail us any sneak previews, live tracks, outtakes or anything else rare or unreleased, we would be love to hear from you. And of course, anyone who hasn't quite got round to sending us their albums for inclusion, get on with it!
Finally, it's only right that we thank all of the people who have listened and supported the show. From it's very humble beginnings it's gone on to be quite the little success, more so than either of us ever expected! So thank you to John Spiers, Ian Anderson and all at fRoots, Hilary James, Tim Healey, Roger Watson, Laurel Swift, Jamie Delarre, John Dipper, Steve Knightley, Doug Bailey, our two most hardcore listeners: Diane Easby and Kevin Smith, everyone who has supported us, and everyone who has listened.
Best be off before it gets too Gwyneth Paltrow,
Chris and Fee xx
